This Privacy Policy explains how Moz the Tiger LLC (“Moz the Tiger,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the Google Play version of ARK CAT ATTACK, package name com.mozthetiger.arkcatattack (the “App”).
This policy applies specifically to the Google Play version of the App. Versions distributed through other platforms may use different services and may be covered by separate privacy disclosures.
1. Overview
ARK CAT ATTACK is an ad-supported game. The App does not require you to create an account, sign in, provide your name or email address, or use cloud saving.
Your gameplay progress and settings are stored locally on your device. However, the App uses Google advertising and consent-management services, which may automatically process certain device, advertising, interaction, and diagnostic information.
2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App stores game information locally so that you can continue playing and retain your preferences. This may include:
Campaign progress and unlocked levels
Scores, stars, records, and gameplay statistics
Daily Challenge participation and streaks
Survival and Boss Rush records
Rescued-animal totals and blocks broken
Playtime
Unlocked and selected paddles
Available continues, shields, and other game-related rewards
Language, music, and reduced-motion preferences
Advertising-related game rewards, such as a paddle unlocked after completing a rewarded ad
The time of the most recently displayed interstitial ad, used to prevent ads from appearing too frequently
The contents of this local game save are not uploaded to Moz the Tiger LLC and cannot be accessed or recovered by us.
3. Advertising and Consent Information
The App uses the following Google services:
Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertisements
Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to request and manage advertising privacy choices where required
Through these services, Google may automatically collect and share:
Your device’s IP address, which may be used to estimate your general or approximate location
App and advertising interactions, such as app launches, taps, ad impressions, ad clicks, and rewarded-video views
Diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, hang rate, SDK performance, and energy usage
Device and advertising identifiers, such as the Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device- or account-related identifiers where applicable
Consent status and advertising privacy choices
Basic device and network information needed to request, deliver, measure, and protect advertisements
Google uses this information for purposes that may include:
Delivering and displaying advertisements
Personalizing advertisements where permitted and consented to
Providing non-personalized or limited advertisements
Measuring advertising performance

Detecting fraud, abuse, and invalid advertising activity

4. Personalized and Non-Personalized Ads
Depending on your location, age eligibility, device settings, and privacy choices, the App may show personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads.
Where required, the App presents a Google consent message before requesting advertisements. You may review or change available choices through Privacy Options in the App’s settings.
Withdrawing consent or choosing non-personalized advertising does not necessarily remove all advertisements. You may still receive contextual, non-personalized, or limited ads, and certain information may still be processed for ad delivery, measurement, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.
You may also reset or delete your Android Advertising ID through your device’s privacy or advertising settings and manage Google advertising preferences through My Ad Center.

If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any information you voluntarily include.
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, provide support, investigate problems, protect our rights, or comply with legal obligations. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is not necessary for us to assist you.
6. How Information Is Shared
Moz the Tiger LLC does not sell personal information for money.
Information may be processed or shared in the following circumstances:
With Google LLC through AdMob and UMP
With advertising technology providers disclosed through Google’s consent interface, where applicable
When required to comply with applicable law, a valid legal request, or a legal obligation

Depending on the law applicable in your location, personalized advertising or transfers made for targeted advertising may be considered “sharing” of personal information. Available advertising choices can be managed through the App’s Privacy Options and your device or Google account settings.
7. Information the App Does Not Request
The App does not request or intentionally collect:
Your name, postal address, or telephone number
Account credentials or passwords
Precise GPS location
Contacts or address book information
SMS messages or call logs
Photos, videos, or files
Camera or microphone recordings
Health, biometric, or financial information
Payment card or banking information
Huawei ID, RuStore, ONE Store, or other third-party store account information
Cloud-save information
The App does not contain an account system, cloud saving, first-party analytics, or an independent crash-reporting service operated by Moz the Tiger LLC.
8. Data Retention and Deletion
Local gameplay information remains on your device until you:
Use the Delete Data option in the App;
Clear the App’s storage through Android settings; or
Uninstall the App.
Deleting local data permanently resets your progress, records, unlocks, statistics, and preferences. Because we do not receive or maintain a server copy of this information, we cannot restore it.
Advertising and consent information processed by Google is retained according to Google’s own policies and legal obligations. You may manage available consent choices through the App’s Privacy Options and Google’s privacy tools.
Support communications may be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, resolve the relevant issue, maintain business records, protect our legal rights, or comply with applicable law. You may contact us to request deletion of a support communication.
9. Data Security
Local game data is stored within the App’s private storage area on your Android device. Advertising-related information transmitted by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is protected using encryption in transit.
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the information involved. However, no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
10. International Data Processing
Google and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. These countries may have different data-protection laws.

11. Children’s Privacy
ARK CAT ATTACK is not directed to children under 13 years of age, or a higher minimum age where required by local law.
We do not knowingly request personal information directly from children. If you are a parent or legal guardian and believe that a child has provided personal information to us through a support communication, please contact us so that we can review and delete it where appropriate.
Google may apply age-based restrictions and limited advertising treatment when required by applicable law, account eligibility, device settings, or Google policies.

Because Moz the Tiger LLC does not operate user accounts or receive copies of local game saves, most game data can be controlled directly through the App or Android settings.
